How does it work?
It’s totally FREE!
Just purchase any item on our website as usual and select ‘Store Pick-up’ at checkout!
Enter your ideal pick-up date(s) in the requested field at checkout, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Please allow up to 3 working days notice for furniture items – as furniture may need to be brought to the store from our warehouse for collection!
Homewares pick-ups will be available the next day – unless the item is to be dispatched from our supplier (for some rugs, throws & cushions)
We recommend pick-ups during weekdays for the easiest and fastest service, as weekends can be very busy and there may be a wait for an available staff member.
If weekend pick-up is necessary, we request you come earlier in the day (between 10-12pm) in order to best avoid any delays or disturbance to other customers.
Pick-ups are from our front entrance – we have a carpark in front of the store, usually with ample space for trailers.
