Please note we can generally only store furniture items for up to one week before dispatching for delivery. Extensions to this timeframe are only available by prior arrangement – contact us to confirm.
a note on delivery rates
Your delivery may incur extra charges under certain circumstances, and we reserve the right to require extra payment before delivery of goods – including oversize deliveries (over 2m3 NZ-wide or 3m3 in the Christchurch area), locations not listed under our flat rates, rural addresses or if you’ve selected the wrong delivery option at checkout.
In this case we will notify you via phone or email and process the additional payment over the phone or via direct credit securely. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more details.

or direct from supplier with their carriers
Please note: some homewares may be too large, heavy or fragile to go with a courier. For this reason, wall art and mirrors are charged at our small furniture fee and sent with our furniture carrier – but please note they do not accept liability for any damage to mirrors or glass framed wall art, so this will be at your own risk.
