HOW IT WORKS

Our appro service is available in-store only upon request for any small homeware item, cushion or rug at full price. Just pay for the item as you would normally, and if it doesn't work out - bring it back to our store the following day for a full refund. And if it works out perfectly, just keep the item! Easy as!

CONDITIONS

Any item purchased on approval must be returned to our Christchurch store within 24 hours (or by the end of the following day)* for a full refund, only if the item is received in the same condition as sold in. A credit note will be issued for any return after 24hrs and within 7 days.
Appro is not available on sale items.

 

NOT AVAILABLE ON ONLINE PURCHASES

*flexibility with return times can be negotiated at our discretion for certain circumstances, ie. for those who live out of town.
