How does it work?

  • It’s totally FREE!
  • Just purchase any item on our website as usual and select ‘Store Pick-up’ at checkout!
  • Enter your ideal pick-up date(s) in the requested field at checkout, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
  • Please allow up to 3 working days notice for furniture items – as furniture may need to be brought to the store from our warehouse for collection!
  • Homewares pick-ups will be available the next day – unless the item is to be dispatched from our supplier (for some rugs, throws & cushions)
  • We recommend pick-ups during weekdays for the easiest and fastest service, as weekends can be very busy and there may be a wait for an available staff member.
  • If weekend pick-up is necessary, we request you come earlier in the day (between 10-12pm) in order to best avoid any delays or disturbance to other customers.
  • Pick-ups are from our front entrance – we have a carpark in front of the store, usually with ample space for trailers.

Please note: To maintain the quality and appearance of your item, clean regularly with a non-abrasive cleaner. While the sealers are resistant to a variety of substances, exercise normal care with water, oil, and food spills, wiping up as soon as possible. Use coasters and trivets, and avoid placing hot items directly on the surface. Hairline cracks may occasionally occur; however, these are not frequent and are not considered manufacturing faults.
