How does it work?

  • Just purchase any item on our website as usual and select ‘Store Pick-up’ at checkout!
  • Enter your ideal pick-up date(s) in the requested field at checkout, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
  • Please allow up to 3 working days notice for furniture items – as furniture may need to be brought to the store from our warehouse for collection!
  • Homewares pick-ups will be available the next day – unless the item is to be dispatched from our supplier (for some rugs, throws & cushions)
  • We recommend pick-ups during weekdays for the easiest and fastest service, as weekends can be very busy and there may be a wait for an available staff member.
  • If weekend pick-up is necessary, we request you come earlier in the day (between 10-12pm) in order to best avoid any delays or disturbance to other customers.
  • Pick-ups are from our front entrance – we have a carpark in front of the store, usually with ample space for trailers.

Step through an unassuming door tucked away in the labyrinth of Morocco’s medina, and into the oasis of the Riad’s central courtyard - adorned with lush greenery, sumptuous textiles and ornate fountains. 

This warm and sensuous fragrance unfolds with inviting notes of fresh fig and brown sugar, complemented with a touch of jasmine and violet, with a rich base of sandalwood and musk. A sanctuary for the senses.

Named after the striking Southern Alps glaciers, our collection of mesmerising scents add instant style and ambience, while wood wicks captivate with their flickering flame, soft, crackling sound and long burn time.

Designed to be planet, people and animal friendly, Nevé candles are hand-poured in New Zealand and made from 100% natural soy wax, phthalate free fragrances, with FSC certified wood wicks.

Each candle is presented in a beautiful heavyweight luxury glass jar to add instant style to your home - packaged in a gorgeous box ready for gifting.

CANDLE CARE:

  • Keep the wood wick trimmed between 3.5mm â 4.5mm

  • Take the time to enjoy your first burn; wait until the wax has completely melted to the edge of the candle before extinguishing the flame to avoid creating a memory ring’.

  • Burn for no longer than 4 hours at a time

  • Soy wax will only burn as far as it did on the previous burn, so it is important to allow the melt pool to reach the edges of the jar on every burn.
