How does it work?
- It’s totally FREE!
- Just purchase any item on our website as usual and select ‘Store Pick-up’ at checkout!
- Enter your ideal pick-up date(s) in the requested field at checkout, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
- Please allow up to 3 working days notice for furniture items – as furniture may need to be brought to the store from our warehouse for collection!
- Homewares pick-ups will be available the next day – unless the item is to be dispatched from our supplier (for some rugs, throws & cushions)
- We recommend pick-ups during weekdays for the easiest and fastest service, as weekends can be very busy and there may be a wait for an available staff member.
- If weekend pick-up is necessary, we request you come earlier in the day (between 10-12pm) in order to best avoid any delays or disturbance to other customers.
- Pick-ups are from our front entrance – we have a carpark in front of the store, usually with ample space for trailers.

The Carter Round Table has been produced from solid teak wood and features a cone-shaped base with slatted detail and a tapered edge table top. Comes with a complimentary protective table cover.
Natural wood changes over time, and may display small splits, divots, knots, joint lines, or other features that add to the character of your piece, without affecting its quality or performance. Natural wood may also shift slightly as the temperature and humidity changes, causing the timber to expand and contract. This is normal and should be expected from season to season, especially in the ever-changing New Zealand climate.
Care instructions: for peace of mind, and to prolong the life of your timber furniture we recommend using a furniture polish or oil every 6 months, or more frequently in high usage cases or drier / hotter climates. Any spills should be cleaned with a clean, damp cloth.
